At Veneto Bio-Medical SRL, we stand behind the quality of Hondroten and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging
• The product must not have passed its expiration date
• The return must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase date
• You must have a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

• Your order number
• Your full name and email address
• The reason for your return
• Photos of the product and packaging (if possible)

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return shipping instructions and a prepaid shipping label (where applicable).

Shipping and Processing

Once we receive your returned product at our warehouse and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your original payment method, as this depends on your bank or financial institution.

Return Shipping Costs

For orders within the European Union, we provide a prepaid return shipping label. For international orders outside the EU, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been opened or used
• Items without original packaging or with damaged seals
• Products that have expired
• Items purchased more than 30 days ago

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
